It's important to note that the professionals who work in the booths are considered independent business owners, and not employees of Premium Barbers Incorporated. As such, they are responsible for paying their own taxes and workers' compensation fees. This agreement does not create any additional relationships or liabilities between Premium Barbers Incorporated and the independent business owners renting the booths. Additionally, neither party is responsible for the other's obligations or management of other businesses.
